I have experience in start-up law (I worked for a top Silicon Valley law firm), and I have worked with a start-up tech/fashion company in the Bay Area. I can help streamline a start-up, get it up to speed legally so that it's in a good position to negotiate with investors, and contribute creative, sensible ideas. I can assist with everything from employment contracts and online privacy issues, to financing and securities law matters.

I would love to find another project I'm passionate about -- anything from finance to fashion! If I believe in your vision I will work hard to get back-end operations (legal, finance, etc.) running smoothly so that designers and developers can focus on operations.

In addition, I have some background in development and sales, and I would love to contribute to those areas. I will work hard to help you hone, tone, and tweak your product until the user experience is excellent and the product is well-positioned for market growth.

I am good at networking, long-range planning, and market analysis. I can help pitch and I am familiar with term sheets, financing, employment law issues, insurance, etc.

I am friendly, fun, and would like to work with team players who keep their eye on the ball -- developing an excellent minimum viable product, and then world domination :).
