This will be my third startup. My second with a co-founder. We grew the last one to $60mm in revenues and I'm looking to top that with this next one. I'm a bit of a management generalist with an MBA and management roles in marketing, sales, biz dev, and operations. I'm looking for someone who understands how to build very intuitive software for an industry that is just starting to adopt cloud based software. We're building for web and mobile, so experience building both would make a strong candidate. I want us both to be able to help translate customer needs into a must have product. I like to build fun, motivated work cultures and our idea of what that looks like should be in sync. Ideally, you will be a partner in developing not just the product, but the strategy and the company. If you are a fast learner, I can teach you a bunch. Also looking to learn from you.
